WARRANTY

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products as they appear. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Measurements of the dimensions of our products are estimates only. Actual dimensions may vary. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Elizabeth Wright Fine Jewellery. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All of Elizabeth Wright Fine Jewellery products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Please view our warranty page for more information. Elizabeth Wright Fine Jewellery reserves the right to refuse warranty services on any product sold, even if the product was purchased within the warranty period. Failure to follow our care instructions will void the warranty on any purchased product. Any repairs or alterations done by another goldsmith will void the warranty.

PRICING AND SALES TAX

All prices shown on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). For customers residing in Canada, all prices are subject to provincial or territorial taxes. International orders are not subject to Canadian tax; however, all products are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by your country and will be billed to you separately by the carrier. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

EWFJ will occasionally email product and/or company information to customers who have expressly chosen to join our mailing list. At their request, customers may be removed from that list at any time by following instructions to 'unsubscribe" included with every communication. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
